The interrelationship of body and mind cannot be dismissed. The health of the two is essential to a happy and balanced life. We believe massage therapy can help individuals achieve and maintain this balance (homeostasis) in a natural, non-invasive, and drug free manner.

Massage/bodywork is one of the oldest forms of healthcare known to man. It is an integral part of the medical systems of Canada, Asia and Europe. And, although still considered "alternative" in the U.S. it is gaining widespread mainstream acceptance, and is one of the fastest growing areas in the American healthcare arena. From stress to muscle pain, infant to geriatric, and in sports, it has been proven extremely beneficial.

The Therapeutic Massage Training Center is truly dedicated to the advancement and recognition of massage/bodywork therapy. Emphasizing clinical and holistic approaches, as well as the highest ethical standards, students will receive outstanding training backed by years of experience.

Class size is kept very small for maximum learning potential. The Therapeutic Massage Training Center is committed to providing the finest training and believe our graduates will have the foundation to become leaders in the rapidly growing field of natural health care. Our clean, comfortable and modern facility is located at 560 Springfield Avenue - Westfield, NJ. It is convenient to routes 22, 78 and the Garden State Parkway and houses all the equipment, texts and resources to provide a complete and thorough education.

We are approved by the New Jersey Department of Education, approved for the Training of Veterans and Eligible Persons and we are a member of the A.M.T.A. Council of Schools and the A.B.M.P.

Upon completion of our 512 hour course of study, the graduate will be eligible to sit for the National Certification Exam administered by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
